I enjoyed a business lunch at 🌟Towa, a Japanese restaurant on the 28th floor of Sedona Hotel. Although I didn’t have a reservation, I was lucky to get a window seat. If you want a spot by the window, be sure to book in advance!

Towa offers both indoor and outdoor seating, with the outdoor area being especially romantic at night with beautiful lighting. Inside, there’s a bar and private rooms for larger groups. The service is excellent—staff helped us with our shopping bags and quickly found a spot for it. They were attentive throughout the meal, ensuring a great experience without being intrusive.
